Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and the State of New York
The agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which are binding by the DLA and NYS with respect to excess Department of Defense personal property which is transferred pursuant to 10 USC §2576a.

Single Audit Act of 1984
