• The Confidentiality of Information Course is a supplement to the IJ Portal Certification test for users who will be obtaining Criminal History Record Information (CHRI). Whether you will be directly accessing CHRI through the IJ Portal or reviewing CHRI as part of your job duties it is required you review the power point deck and obtain certification. For audit purposes the Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) is required to maintain the Certification form for each user within their agency.
